We are in search of a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team at our restaurant in Mauren. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, food and beverage ordering, inventory management, and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service is provided at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and maintain profitability.
- Monitor expenses and budget to achieve financial targets set by the company.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items or specials based on customer preferences.
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide ongoing training as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints or concerns effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting financial targets and managing expenses within budget.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
