Commercial Architect
Our architectural firm in Roskilde is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects
- Monitor progress on construction sites to ensure that designs are being accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Excellent knowledge of CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position. This is a full-time role without accommodation. We are looking for someone who can start immediately as this is an urgent job.
