As a Commercial Architect in our dynamic and innovative team, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Roskilde. Your expertise in both architecture and business will be essential in ensuring that our projects are not only visually appealing but also practical and cost-effective.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays within budget and meets deadlines
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail with a creative mindset

This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per week.
