Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings in the city of Roskilde. You will work closely with a team of architects and engineers to develop plans, drawings, and specifications that meet client requirements. Your role will also involve conducting site visits to ensure construction progress aligns with design plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and practical design solutions for commercial buildings.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce detailed drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or changes.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles into projects.
- Use specialized software, such as AutoCAD, to create detailed 2D and 3D models.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and construction techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Designer for commercial buildings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Ability to think creatively and problem-solve complex design challenges.
- Attention to detail for producing accurate drawings and specifications.

Salary: $1500 per month (based on experience)

Location: Roskilde, Denmark

Contract Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Visa Sponsorship: Not available. Candidates must have own valid visa/work permit for Denmark.
