Architectural Manager


A reputable architecture firm in Roskilde is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Manager to join our team. As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design and construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of design concepts and plans.
- Manage all phases of project development from initial design to construction completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to project teams.
- Review and approve all architectural drawings, specifications, and materials.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance in their professional development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1500$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Roskilde. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
