Position: Architecture Manager
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
Salary: $1100 per month
Employment Type: Full-time, without accommodation

We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and managing a team of architects. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful completion of projects.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and other legal requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for architectural projects.
- Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, building materials, codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
