A renowned architecture firm in Roskilde is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of architects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept development to construction
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Develop designs that are innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing
- Oversee project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, incorporating them into designs when appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect in a professional setting
- Proven experience leading successful architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
