Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects from concept through construction
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and presentations using architectural software
- Ensure designs meet building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Oversee junior architects and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure design intent is met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Experience managing project timelines and budgets
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
