Fitter Supervisor

Are you an experienced Fitter looking for a leadership role? Look no further! Our company in Roskilde is seeking a skilled Fitter Supervisor to join our team. As a Fitter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment. This includes managing a team of fitters, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project deadlines, as well as conducting quality control checks.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of fitters, providing guidance and direction
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and project deadlines
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate projects
- Train new fitters on company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Fitter
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
