Personal Trainer


As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and coaching to clients in Roskilde. Your main goal will be to help clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being. You will design individualized workout plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
- Create customized workout plans based on clients' needs and preferences
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed
- Motivate and support clients during training sessions
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as necessary
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition for their fitness goals
- Provide guidance on healthy lifestyle choices outside of the gym
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal training
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.
