Seasonal Restaurant Manager
Location: Roskilde, Denmark
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create schedules and manage staff performance
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and promotions
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits for management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
