Crane Operator - Roskilde, Denmark



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes, including tower cranes, mobile cranes, and overhead cranes according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment before and after each use to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radios to guide crane movement
- Lift and move heavy materials and equipment using proper rigging techniques
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crane operations accordingly
- Keep accurate records of crane usage, maintenance, and repairs
- Report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or similar setting
- Valid crane operator license/certification from recognized training institute
- Strong knowledge of safe operation practices for different types of cranes
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and load charts
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
