Crane Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Roskilde. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating a variety of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites or other work locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes.
- Read and interpret construction plans and rigging charts to determine load capacities and the best way to lift materials.
- Inspect cranes and related equipment before use to ensure proper functioning.
- Safely maneuver the crane to lift and move materials or equipment according to instructions from supervisors or signalers.
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication.
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs, maintenance reports, and inspection records.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the crane.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting.
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited organization.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and load capacities for different types of cranes.
- Ability to read construction plans and rigging charts.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination.

Salary:
$900 per week (paid on an hourly basis)

Contract Type:
