We are offering a contract position for a skilled Welder to join our team in the city of Roskilde. As a Welder, your responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints, selecting appropriate materials, and operating welding equipment to join metal parts together.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials
- Select appropriate welding method based on material type and thickness
- Operate welding equipment to join metal parts together
- Inspect completed welds for quality assurance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC)
- Familiarity with safety precautions in a manufacturing setting
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
