Office Assistant in Roskilde, Denmark
We are in need of a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or person
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and organize office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Coordinate travel arrangements for office staff
- Keep office areas clean and organized
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in English (Danish language skills would be a plus)
