We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our company's products in retail stores. Your main objective will be to increase sales and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to highlight our products in stores
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of products in stores
- Develop relationships with store managers and negotiate product placement and displays
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvement
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper merchandising techniques
- Participate in trade shows and events to showcase our products to potential customers

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Good understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark.
