Sales Manager

We are a fast-paced and dynamic company looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing our sales team to meet and exceed targets. This is an urgent position with an attractive salary of $1500 per month, free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching and support as needed
- Identify potential new markets and opportunities for business development
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitors' activities and industry developments
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, budgets and analysis for management review

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities in the industry
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
