Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing a team of sales representatives. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Participate in networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with commission based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Roskilde.
