Sales Manager (Roskilde, Denmark)
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee and manage the sales team to achieve company goals and targets. You will be based in Roskilde, Denmark and report directly to the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
• Manage and train the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
• Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
