Waiter/Waitress at Fine Dining Restaurant in Roskilde, Denmark


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter or Waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in the beautiful city of Roskilde, Denmark. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a high-end restaurant setting and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, providing them with menus and answering any questions about the menu or specials
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring presentation and quality is up to standards
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of tables before and after service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak English fluently; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized attention to guests
- Knowledge of food and wine pairing is an asset
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by our restaurant's operating hours
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
