Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of masons to ensure the timely and quality completion of construction projects in Roskilde, Denmark. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate project schedules, monitor progress, and maintain safety standards on job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons and oversee their work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Plan and coordinate project schedules in collaboration with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor progress on job sites to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
- Maintain safety standards on job sites by conducting regular inspections and implementing necessary precautions.
- Train new masons on proper techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Keep track of materials and equipment needed for each project and communicate any shortages or issues to relevant parties.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise between team members or with external parties.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a mason in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Roskilde, Denmark. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
