A bakery in the beautiful city of Roskilde, Denmark is seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Baker to join our team. As a Contract Baker, you will have the opportunity to work on a short-term contract basis, with the potential for extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure proper measurements and ingredients are used for each recipe
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments if necessary
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work on weekends or early mornings as needed
