Handyman for Contract Work in Roskilde, Denmark



We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in Roskilde, Denmark. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Performing repairs on equipment and fixtures
- Identifying and troubleshooting issues with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Responding quickly to emergency repair requests
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary supplies/materials
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Skilled in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Knowledge of various tools and equipment used in maintenance/repair work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Good time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and working at heights if necessary
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is $1000 per month. Additional compensation may be provided based on experience and performance.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. There is potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance.
