Office Manager in Roskilde, Denmark
We are a reputable company in Roskilde seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Oversee and delegate tasks to support staff
- Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budgets
- Create and maintain a filing system for important documents
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
