Office Manager
We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company in Roskilde. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with bookkeeping and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Organize and maintain company records and databases
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and managing payroll
- Monitor office budget and expenses
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and accounts receivable/payable
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and bookkeeping software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation in Roskilde. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Denmark.
