Part-Time Office Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Roskilde. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work without prior experience.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software. Previous experience as an office manager is not required, but basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Maintain filing systems and organize office documents
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
