Hotel Sales Manager
A reputable hotel in Roskilde is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue through developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination for successful events and bookings
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month, plus performance-based incentives. This role does not include accommodation.
