Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager in our luxury hotel located in Roskilde, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective marketing and promotional strategies. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement sales plans, monitor market trends, and identify potential business opportunities. Your main duties will include creating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, managing accounts, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales team's performance. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data, preparing reports, and presenting them to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
- Ability to travel for business purposes when necessary
