Contract Hotel Sales Manager - Roskilde
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Roskilde. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. This role requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competition
- Create promotional materials and participate in sales presentations
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local market trends is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position.
Location:
The position is based in Roskilde, Denmark. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
