Temporary Concierge in Roskilde, Denmark


We are seeking a temporary concierge to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. This is a great opportunity for individuals without experience to gain valuable skills and work in a dynamic environment. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting guests with their needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about the hotel amenities and local attractions
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation arrangements
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Follow safety and security procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a 12 pass certificate
- Fluent in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have authorization to work in Denmark

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is 1000$ per month.

Visa and Ticket:
We will provide a free visa and ticket for non-Danish nationals who meet the requirements for working in Denmark.
