As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for restaurants, activities, transportation, etc.
- Handle guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled promptly
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions and services in the city
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when needed

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark without accommodation or visa sponsorship
