Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's computer network systems. Your main duties will include troubleshooting network issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, implementing security protocols, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance, conducting regular backups, and providing technical support to employees.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of network protocols and configurations, as well as experience with server installation and maintenance. Knowledge of security protocols and data backup procedures is also essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial in this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Proficiency in networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange Server
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
