Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist for our company in Randers. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex issues
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of computer support
- Train users on new systems or software as needed
- Monitor system performance to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of biometric passports is a plus

Salary: 1500$ per month
