Part-Time Computer Support Specialist (Randers, Denmark)


We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a part-time specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients and assist them with any computer-related issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Set up new user accounts and ensure proper functionality
- Maintain computer systems and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex problems
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Available for part-time work during business hours (9 am - 5 pm)
- Must be authorized to work in Denmark without sponsorship

Education:
A degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred but not required. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are also a plus.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is 1700$ per month.
