Computer Support Technician

We are in need of a skilled Computer Support Technician to join our team in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in computer maintenance, hardware and software installation, and strong problem-solving skills. As a Computer Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems and networks. This is a contract position with an urgent need for immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email or in person.
- Install and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems.
- Set up new computer systems for clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear instructions and resolutions.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Availability for urgent jobs as needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Randers but may require travel to client sites within the city.

Contract Job:
This is a contract position with an immediate need for availability. The duration of the contract may vary depending on client needs.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Technician or similar role is required for this position.
