Part Time Android Developer

We are seeking a part-time Android developer to join our team in Randers. As an Android developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that the apps meet the client's requirements and are delivered on time.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing Android applications
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and fix bugs in existing applications
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Android developer
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Location:
Randers - This is a preference but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
Starting at $1600/month (based on experience) - This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) but may transition into full-time depending on performance.
