Teamlead - Operations Manager


As a Teamlead - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company in Randers. Your main role will be to lead and motivate a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective processes are in place. You will work closely with upper management to develop strategies and goals for the team, as well as monitor performance and provide feedback.

To excel in this position, you must have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and communicate effectively with team members. Experience in operations management, project management, or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. We also offer free visa and ticket for international candidates who meet our requirements. This opportunity is open to students who have previous experience in operations or project management.

Requirements:

- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
