As a Teamlead in Randers, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
