Job Title: Team Lead - Randers, Denmark


As a Team Lead in Randers, Denmark, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. You will be expected to provide guidance and support to team members, develop and implement strategies for improvement, and ensure effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees by setting clear expectations, providing direction and support, and promoting a positive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve company goals
- Monitor team progress and provide regular feedback on performance
- Foster effective communication within the team by promoting open dialogue and addressing any conflicts or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and develop plans to address them
- Train new team members on processes, procedures, and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
1100$ per month without accommodation. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
