Entry Level Project Manager


We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Project Manager to join our team in Randers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. This is an entry level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Facilitate meetings and discussions with project team members
- Provide regular reports on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with project management software is a plus
