Team Lead

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing company in Randers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and project management, with a passion for driving team success and delivering high-quality results.

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of professionals and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure successful project delivery
- Set clear goals and expectations for team members
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Mentor and support team members in their professional development
- Participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and making hiring decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in project management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Fluent in English (additional languages considered an asset)
