About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive, results-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales & Customer Coordination Specialist. While the primary focus of this role is on sales, you will also manage client follow-ups, quotes, and appointment scheduling to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This position is roughly 80% sales and 20% dispatch/coordination.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Function

• Inbound Call Handling: Convert incoming inquiries into sales opportunities

• Outbound Calls: Make 55+ daily calls to warm leads

• Objection Handling: Work through customer resistance using proven techniques

• Solution Presentation: Present tailored offerings and close deals

• CRM Management: Track all sales activities and maintain records

Coordination Tasks

• Quote Management: Call customers with parts pricing, secure approvals

• Retention Calls: Prevent cancellations through objection handling

• Appointment Coordination: Reschedule appointments and manage changes

Required Qualifications

• Sales Experience: 3+ years B2C sales with proven closing record

• Communication: Excellent English (B2+), clear articulation, no heavy accents

• Inbound Call Management: High-volume inbound customer call experience

• Objection Handling: Proven ability to overcome customer resistance

• Phone Skills: Comfortable with 55+ outbound calls daily

• Technology: CRM systems proficiency

• Schedule: Available 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Calgary time (Monday-Friday)
