Online Consultant - Randers, Denmark
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist clients in solving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products or services
- Offer product/service recommendations based on client needs and preferences
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating the problem, identifying the cause, and implementing solutions
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using online communication tools (e.g. chat, email)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis without accommodation
Salary:
This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1600 per month.
Location:
The position is located in Randers, Denmark. Preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense.
