Online Consultant
We are seeking a motivated Online Consultant to join our growing team in Randers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online support and guidance to customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any questions or issues they may have. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and guidance
- Maintain a positive rapport with customers through excellent communication skills
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Keep up-to-date with company products and services to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or online support is an asset but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of online platforms
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
