Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and moderate online discussions to ensure that they remain respectful, productive, and on-topic
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate action when necessary
- Engage with participants to foster positive interactions and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for improving community engagement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation
- Provide timely reports on community activity and suggest improvements as needed

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of online communities and social media platforms
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations effectively
- Familiarity with community management software is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Danish is preferred but not required

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. This is a full-time position with the option for flexible hours.
