Event Moderator

As an Event Moderator, you will be responsible for hosting and facilitating various events and gatherings in the city of Randers. Your main role will be to ensure that these events run smoothly, engaging with attendees and keeping the energy up throughout. This profession requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations.

You will be working with a team of event organizers and may also be responsible for coordinating with vendors and sponsors. Prior experience in event planning or public speaking is preferred but not required. However, a passion for creating memorable experiences for others is a must.

This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket to Randers if you are not currently residing there. While accommodation is not provided, our team will assist you in finding suitable housing options within your budget. This job is open to individuals of any nationality who are willing to relocate to Randers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host and facilitate various events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and parties
- Engage with attendees to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Assist with event planning tasks such as creating schedules and managing logistics
- Maintain professionalism at all times while representing our company
- Be adaptable to changing circumstances during events
- Keep up-to-date on trends in event planning and incorporate them into your work

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to engage with diverse groups of people in a friendly yet professional manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems quickly
- Flexibility in working hours as events may take place on weekends or evenings
