Facade Technician



We are in need of a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Randers. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of building facades in both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair various types of building facades, including glass, metal, and stone
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or damage that may require repairs
- Perform necessary repairs and replacements to maintain the structural integrity of building facades
- Coordinate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure proper installation and maintenance
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights or on scaffolding
- Keep accurate records of all work performed, including materials used and hours worked

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various facade materials, installation techniques, and repair methods
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to facade work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical diagrams accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights or on scaffolding for extended periods
- Biometric passport preferred for international travel purposes

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
