Tiler Supervisor (Randers, Denmark)



We are a leading construction company in Randers, Denmark looking for a highly skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of tilers on various projects. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, along with free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assign tasks to a team of tilers on construction sites
- Ensure that projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget
- Monitor the quality of work and provide guidance to tilers when needed
- Train new tilers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Order materials and equipment as needed for tiling projects
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or defects in tiling work
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and personnel hours

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role in the construction industry
- Excellent knowledge of tiling materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
