As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties in Randers. You will ensure that all installations are completed safely and efficiently, meeting industry standards and regulations. This role requires physical labor, technical skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems according to design plans
- Ensure proper wiring and connections for maximum energy production
- Test and troubleshoot system components to identify any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on existing solar panel systems
- Keep accurate records of installation activities and materials used
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solar Installer or in a similar role
- Technical knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction principles
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina for manual labor tasks
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or training in solar panel installation
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to installation

Salary: 1100$ per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
