Architectural Technologist - Part Time


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Randers. This is a part time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating designs and sketches into technical drawings and plans using CAD software. You will also assist with project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Assist with project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design specifications are met
- Research building materials and construction methods to ensure compliance with codes and regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or design
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional licensure or certification as an Architectural Technologist
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in Denmark
- Fluency in Danish
